1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppSec Media's platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including advertisers, media partners, and visitors.

2. Description of Services

AppSec Media provides performance marketing services including affiliate campaign management, media buying, lead generation, mobile user acquisition, and analytics. We connect advertisers with media partners to deliver measurable, results-driven campaigns across global markets.

3. Account Registration

To access our platform, you must:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• •Maintain and promptly update your account information
• •Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• •Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into agreements

4. Advertiser Terms

As an advertiser on our platform, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate campaign briefs, creatives, and landing pages that comply with applicable laws
• •Pay all fees as agreed in your campaign agreement, including any applicable taxes
• •Not engage in fraudulent activities, click fraud, or manipulation of campaign metrics
• •Ensure all advertised products and services comply with local regulations in target markets
• •Maintain valid tracking integrations and postback configurations

5. Media Partner Terms

As a media partner (publisher), you agree to:

• •Only promote campaigns using approved traffic sources and methods
• •Not generate fraudulent, incentivized, or bot traffic unless explicitly permitted
• •Comply with all campaign-specific restrictions, geo-targeting rules, and creative guidelines
• •Not misrepresent your traffic sources or audience demographics
• •Maintain compliance with applicable advertising standards and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

6. Payment Terms

Advertisers are billed based on agreed CPA, CPL, CPI, or CPM rates as specified in individual campaign agreements. Media partners are paid on Net-30 terms with a minimum payout threshold of $100. AppSec Media reserves the right to withhold payment for traffic or conversions deemed fraudulent or in violation of campaign terms. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice issuance.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• •Promote illegal products, services, or content
• •Engage in click fraud, conversion fraud, or any form of traffic manipulation
• •Violate intellectual property rights of any third party
• •Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• •Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or proprietary data
• •Circumvent our fraud detection or tracking systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AppSec Media platform are owned by or licensed to AppSec Media. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. You retain ownership of your own campaign creatives and content, but grant us a license to use them for the purpose of delivering your campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSec Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AppSec Media in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. AppSec Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
